Our Process

  1. Step 1Let's have a chat

    We start by getting to know you and your project. We'll talk through the scope, layout ideas, materials, appliances, and budget so we have everything we need to get started.

  2. Step 2Free on-site visit

    We'll come to you for a complimentary site visit to walk through the space together. We'll look at layout, flow, and opportunities, and take measurements to begin designing.

    Complimentary on-site visits are Auckland wide. Areas beyond Auckland are by appointment.

  3. Step 3Design and initial quote

    We'll design your space and put together an initial quote with colour and material specifications. This is also a great time to visit our showroom and see the materials and finishes in person.

    Initial proposals are usually ready within 1-3 working days of the site visit.

  4. Step 4Final sign-off

    We'll walk through the final design and once you're happy, sign off on the project. An installation date is booked to suit both the manufacturing timeframe and your site.

  5. Step 5Cabinetry delivery and installation

    We'll deliver and install your cabinetry. If your project is cabinetry only, this is the final step.

    Installation usually takes 1-3 working days. A 40% deposit is required prior to delivery and installation.

  6. Step 6Benchtop measure

    Once cabinetry is completed, our benchtop team will come template and verify sizing before manufacturing begins.

    Benchtop manufacturing usually takes 1-2 working weeks.

  7. Step 7Benchtop installation

    Your benchtop is delivered and installed on the same day.

  8. Step 8Final touches

    We'll do a final visit to complete any finishing work and make sure everything is just right.

    The remaining 10% deposit is due on project completion.
